Q: How does payment work?
A 50% deposit secures your build week, and 50% is due when the website is complete, before launch
Q: What do I need to have ready before my build?
You’ll get a simple pre-work checklist. It includes your logo, brand assets, content (if you have it), images, and hosting access.
Q: Is a website-in-a-week really possible?
Yes, your week is fully dedicated to your project. When your pre-work is ready, we can move efficiently through design, build, and refinement.
Q: Do you use AI to build websites?
I use AI behind the scenes for idea generation and image research, but your website is custom-designed and hand-built by me , never AI-generated or template-driven.
Q: Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, my Web Care plans provide updates, backups, security monitoring, support, and optional managed hosting.
Q: What types of businesses do you work with?
I work with service-based businesses — typically solo owners or small teams who want a clean, professional website and a supportive, guided process.
Most of my clients are coaches, consultants, wellness providers, educators, creatives, and people starting service-based businesses in midlife or beyond.

Q: What happens if I need to reschedule my build week?
Your build week is reserved exclusively for your project, and I turn away other clients for that time.
Because of this, rescheduling affects my workflow and income, so I ask that all clients commit to their scheduled week and complete their pre-work on time.
If a genuine emergency comes up, please let me know as soon as possible. I’m understanding and will do my best to accommodate.
If you’re unable to move forward due to incomplete pre-work or non-emergency reasons, your deposit remains non-refundable and a new deposit may be required to secure a different date.
